Deposits, cancellations etc.
Bookings made on behalf of someone else are not permitted.
I do not accept bookings created by and/or for those under 18.
A deposit is required to secure your booking.
No shows will result in a fee of 50% of the service price.
Arriving for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in changes to your service/design.
There is a grace period of 10 minutes before your appointment is canceled.
Maintenance & repairs.
infills are necessary after 3-3.5 weeks.
In the case of your set having two or more missing nails, severe lifting or structural damage, additional repair fees or full set charges will apply relative to the amount of damage.
Can I bring a friend?
Extra guests are not permitted.
